Led by Andrew, a licensed builder with over 20 years in the construction industry and more than 10 years operating his own residential building company, Bami Co Projects combines practical construction expertise with a strategic approach to property development. This experience allows us to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and make informed decisions throughout every stage of a project.

We coordinate closely with town planners, consultants, certifiers, builders, finance brokers, property lawyers, accountants, and sales agents, giving our clients a single point of contact while ensuring every aspect of the development is professionally managed.

Andrew is also mentored through the Think Property Club Next Level Mentorship and is a member of Property Development Network and Enterprise Circle.
